Absolutely amazing service! James and Nick came out last Friday and broke some upsetting news that our sewage pipe collapsed. But today they came bright and early with the same positive attitude! Fixed our pipe and went above and beyond with filling the large hole. James made sure our yard was as flat as it could be and even left it better than it was! Thank you Bright Side Plumbing!!

James did a great job repairing a break in our main line! Called on a Saturday and spoke with Kalen, he scheduled a tech to come visit. The tech, James, showed up shortly thereafter and worked into the evening to help get us back up and running! Both guys were a class act and well with the call ... So much so, we decided to have them replace our water heater as well!

Chris, James and James did a great job on our project today. Within 24 hours of calling Bright Side they came and assessed our issue and fixed the problem even working late on Valentines Day. They see the problem as a whole and want to help their customers out through the whole process, even after the plumbing is complete.

The reason that this looks a boring picture of a toilet is because of how good James at Bright Side is. As a first time home owner, I had a lot of questions about the water damage that our toilet was causing. He was very thorough and answered everything I needed to know, as well as taught me a few things. Both he and Jennie the scheduler were flexible with their available times. They also recommended a great water remediation company (Power Dry) that helped a lot with the drying process. I had a great experience and am confident that if/when I have another plumbing issue, I will be in competent hands.

James did a great job with the sewer line replacement and pipe burst. He handled the unknowns of the job well and provided a great time table of the work that included if things might come up (and they did). Thankfully no excavation of my yard was needed either! Great and friendly service.

Used Bright Side to fix a draining problem at my company office. They were quick and reasonably priced. They were able to fit me in the same day. Eric arrived on time and was very professional. He ensured the issue was fixed and left the work area clean. Would recommend and will be using them for any future issues both professionally and personally. Thanks Bright Side!

James came and diagnosed, retrieved parts, and fixed our water pressure problem all in the same day only took a few hours, was surprising and super quick. The good reviews definitely matched the service we received!

Super friendly. Great service, and worked with my schedule. James rescued us after a two day clog in the kitchen. I had tried another "popular name" company a couple of days ago that left me hanging TWICE. I wish I had found Bright Side Plumbing sooner.
